On a little side-quest this morning learning more about my local, and much maligned, Brutalist landmark The Tricorn Centre 1966-2004. Looking at it today I can see it's DNA in later architecture like the Barbican, Brunswick Centre and Preston bus station. Mad that is was demolished not protected
