Termination was missing on the drive, surprise surprise. Fixed that. Localtalk works with my Beige G3/G4 😊

To conclude this initial part of the story, I got the video problem fixed by swapping out the VRAM with new sticks from Jurassic Computing (ebay.io/m/ZHWdeG). I also bought a couple of PRAM battery adapters so I can use regular CR2032 batteries.
