I am so fortunate that 4 days a week I work at a job I enjoy in a place I love. The nominations for this award were for who people thought enriched the dept with a focus on DEI and whilst that's not my actual job, I focus as much time as I can on it. From having helped set up our LGBTQIA+ network-
