Aid needs control and transparency. Any Euro given to Organisations which support hate or violence, is missed in Ulm, Leipzig or Hamburg - in schools, hospitals and social projects. Support belongs to these who create peace. Whose goal is peace may not qualify terror. Silence is joint responsibility. Europe and germany must act. Clear control mechanisms and accountability are requirements for anny support. Who wants peace must end terror. Now. Together. Determined."
