Fat Man completes his quest to do 100 of the 303 workouts in 2025. It’s a beautiful morning in the park, and a good time to take a moment to ask: Was it all worth it? Spoiler: Probably not.
Fat Man forgot to exercise in his park today, so he did a late workout in a different park while sporting a bright yellow Mariners shirt.
Fat man has holes in his gloves as he does a workout at the park. Positive comments about the Mariners, who play today, but feelings of depression around his inability to find a job more than a year after being laid off from a big software company.

Fat Man gets another workout in on a beautiful morning at Bear Creek Park. Lots of kids at the main picnic area, so he’s using the smaller one at the baseball fields. It’s going to be a good day.

Fat man returns to the Bear Creek Picnic Structure at 5am to see his old F3 friends, even though he can’t work out with them any more because of his decaying, broken, old body. It’s nice to be back. While there, did a 303 workout, which is easier than what they do.
