So "they" now have n=1 paper that will be cited 24/7 to dismiss the thousands of research articles about two day CPET. Weird enough through decades of illness, no clinician showed interest in those studies. I'm afraid I will be confronted to this new one pretty soon.
Whereas I argue the negative results are due to Natelson having a long history of psychologising MECFS and the numerous patient accounts of him suggesting CBT and GET as treatment.
