Mild subcortical arthritic changes in the anterior acetabulum concerning for ill-defined underlying chondromalacia. Right hip morphology which can be seen with cam-type FAI. 2. Partially imaged moderate degenerative changes at the lumbosacral junction. 3. Mild to moderate right common hamstring, gluteus minimus and gluteus medius tendinosis. Mild edema along the right greater trochanter. Coursing vascularity/1.7 cm hemangioma along the right greater trochanter. 4. Mild right sacroiliac arthrosis. 5. Prominent subcutaneous fat and pannus are seen near the skin marker. No encapsulated mass or abnormal localized fluid collection seen underlying the marker.
