I dunno. Worked for me. 403 is an authorization error. I'm using a VPN. Maybe try that or check your browser's cache. Cloudfront is part of AWS. There's a troubleshooting page docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonCloudF...

If you are using a VPN, jump to another server. This type of error or slow service may be the VPN server has too many clients.

Probably your IP address has been flagged as malicious and is therefore blocked by cloudfront, so everyone hosting on AWS is locking you out, because of something someone else who used to have that IP did, probably.
