Video starts with clips describing the closure of a level crossing and its features including a bell instead of the normal siren alongside old wooden barriers. This then transitions into a video of the level crossing as it activates with the bell audible, promptly followed by someone holding up an audio recorder with a wind muffler on top, before cutting to a title card with music and the words "Meet the Sound Engineer". The video then cuts back to the video a little later on as a train passes through it and the barriers raise once again.
