Why should somebody think, yeah sure, an email from a free outlook domain without any proof of them giving any value, with some gibberish AI business automation offering, just straight goes for the kill with sending a proposal.

The free Outlook domain is always the tell. No website, no proof, no warmup — just straight to 'let me send you a proposal.' The ones that actually work lead with a specific observation about your business. That takes 5 minutes of research most people skip.
Just how many thousands do you have to send for just one person to reply...
