As neat as it was for Monica to shrink down to a few inches high, even smaller than Fern, and experience things like she does for a while, Monica didn't want to stay small forever, and she's got big responsibilities she had to get back to anyway. So, she tried a psychic technique to try and restore her normal physique -- one she hasn't practiced very much. It... kind of worked! Not only is Monica's chest still very expanded compared to how she is normally, but in her concentration, she accidentally caught Fern up and made her huge too! Oh, well. Practice makes perfect.
