ChatGPT 4o makes it possible to integrate a person or avatar into AI-generated images in a recognizable way without having to fine-tune an image generation model.

Semi-decent photorealistic fakes are also possible with ChatGPT 4o (and I am sure that even the not yet perfect photorealism will be fixed soon). With a simple text prompt, I can create any — and of course compromising (as far as ChatGPT's content filters allow) — images from my passport photo.
