There's a lot in this thread that I disagree with (mostly boiling down to zeroing in on one specific thing you've decided is important in lieu of a more holistic analysis; Zion is unbelievable at scoring efficiency but what does it add up to? He's like a +2 DARKO guy, there are loads of those), but saying that Zion is the ONLY way to get into real contention range is the biggest one. Literally they took SAS to 6 with Ant on zero knees and Randle quiet-quitting on the team. Making the team synergistic dive+kick like OKC/BOS/IND would go a loooong way
