De Niro goes absolutely fucking crazy, Scorsese, Schoonmaker and Francis go wild with the slow zooms and incredible editing for the period, genuinely feels ahead of its time. Made me appreciate how perfect a parody Cape Feare (1993) is!

THE EXPANSE (2015-2022) REWATCH Genuinely what a show, absolutely dripping with intrigue from moment one, last time I watched it I found that Holden was boring but y'know what, I liked him a whole lot more, he is uncompromising, a guy desperately trying to do the right thing, despite it all.
There's genuinely so much to talk about here, this dreadful escalation the whole movie, how Bowden is a pretty terrible husband and father, the sheer obsessiveness of Cady from _second one_. Bill Murray was going to play Cady?! What the fuck!?
