I will point out that Cobian is Icelandic Inuit, but in Commonwealth English they call them 'Algic' which is also a misnomer. So no matter what, Commonwealth Inuits are getting misrepresented. Tzipora is a provincial immigrant so just be thankful she's not calling her "Chinese."
