"your issues are not important unless we say they are" or at least like a weirdly broken github workflow? making it *look* like fewer issues 🤨 just tag issues as "new" by default and close them if you don't think they're worth while 🤷♂️

I'll take an auto-generated "we don't think this issue is worth while" message over immediate closure like, how are you supposed to feel after spending 20 minutes describing an issue, and then your issue gets immediately auto-closed by a bot after 1 second 😐
