Maybe I’m too old school but this is not how sigils work. You are supposed to fire them and forget them.
a month ago i did a ritual and burned this paper on a day i was feeling a lot of resentment towards myself. i cried as i realized that i value the lives of insects more than my own, admiring their beauty, speaking kindly to them and trying not to harm them. i used "kapwa" here too.
you can use this sigil as a reminder to be kind to yourself and your fellow human beings today! we're all just confused, scared apes on a big spinning rock in an infinite universe.
