fallout new vegas, boonesix: manga style comic page of courier six and boone, broke, being forced into the "there's only one bed" trope at the atomic wrangler. boone doesn't sleep well - six doesn't like this, so he uses his magical player character skills to convince boone to share the bed with him. this isn't a great idea, because then six has to sleep with 200 pounds of first recon on top of him. boone is a cuddler. he seeks (physical) comfort. fallout new vegas: two-panel color comic of boone and veronica walking down some road in the mojave. in the first panel, she looks slightly worried, and is asking him, "don't you ever wanna just... talk about it, boone?" to which he curtly responds, "no. i'm no good at talking." this prompts the courier to suddenly spawn behind them in the second panel, and cut in with a big, confident "I AM!!!" "we know, six." "I'M GOOD AT TALKING!" "we know six." that's it that's the dynamic. (also, six may or may not be deflecting on boone's behalf because no other npc needs to pry into that white boy's Holy Fuck, That Shit Is Dark backstory). artist's notes: i have never, literally never, rolled a fallout character that did not have speech tagged. it is the way in these games, i know my fallout, don't @ me. even lucy has it in the show (even though it's mainly played for laughs. she doesn't have Player Character powers like six does).
fallout new vegas, boonesix or courier/boone: boone laying flat on the courier in his bed in the lucky 38. he is... a big guy, muscular, and squishing six, who is (trying) not to grab a handful of boone's ass. that might make things awkward between them. referenced off the "When I Ask My Boyfriend to Come Cuddle Me But I Forget How Muscular He Is" meme. meme text says: "when i ask my boyfriend to come cuddle me but i forget how muscular he is. he only has 1 str on me, this is ridiculous" (boone has 7 STR. six has 6.) artist's notes: this is prefaced by a full courier/boone comic page. which also has a sketch omake. i got carried away. i s2g i was a sixcade shipper before this. i am converting myself as i speak. where is this going. i don't know.
arcane, implied jayvik: 2 panel comic with viktors in it. in the first panel, young viktor is in his lab, working on the hexcore, and says: "see, what a lot of people don't realize about the disabled community is that it's the only minority group that you can join at any time." in the second panel, mage viktor is on his lichen graveyard at the top of the hexgates, looking dead-eyed at the camera, saying "you're just one bad fall away". credits to the joke go to josh blue. there's a lesson in there somewhere.

Been a long time since I saw one of those-- Arcade: ANYWAY, I'm very boring. artist's note: i recently replayed fnv and went through 50% of my run with boone and roughly 25% of it with arcade. going from boone to arcade is such whiplash. boone is very quiet, and doesn’t have much to say unless it’s about the legion. arcade, however, has something to say about everything, and a lot of it just him outing himself. constantly. i love him so much.
arcane, jayvik: a romantic scene between jayce (brighthammer skin) and viktor (deathsworn skin). jayce is depicted as a holy knight in bright white-and-gold armor with talis-red accents, holding viktor, a dark mage and necromancer, who is rising from his grave as a blue-green specter. candles and broken gravestones surround them as golden light clashes with dark magic. artist's notes: when a paladin and a necromancer love each other very very much... first of all, that paladin is going to fall, and second: you can't have jayvik without necromancy anymore it's illegal. val's prompt was absolute peak and sent my neurons firing; i'm a big fan of fantasy, and i also paint miniatures, so i decided to make something in the style of 3D miniature dioramas. i hope it worked? i took a few liberties here and there with the colors - these two skins' color schemes don't mesh that well - but if i make them glow hard enough you won't notice! hopefully! don't ask me why they're "making out in full armor and with weapons" that's how they are, okay?!
