Misode @misode.dev · Dec 9 It looks like they intended to randomize the frame of the painting but this doesn't work, it always displays the spruce fallback. The item model is checking for custom model data strings like "acacia", but this is never set in the data pack.

Placing a magic painting on a wall checks for block clearance (3 wide, 3 tall) but magic paintings can still be placed intersecting each other :)
