Image with text saying Irish graduates to vote in Seanad elections Irish citizens with degrees from designated higher education institutions (e.g., University of Limerick) can now vote in Seanad elections following a Supreme Court decision. The Seanad Electoral (University Members) (Amendment) Bill 2024 replaces the NUI and Trinity College Dublin constituencies with a single six-seat 'Higher Education' constituency. Each voter may register once, regardless of multiple degrees. Registration is open on **seanadvoter.ie** until 23 January 2025. The changes will apply after the next Seanad general election in January 2025. More details and the online registration form are available at **seanadvoter.ie**.
