apparently is sof food posting day?! why did no one warn me, I almost missed my sit at the 6 pm lunch table!!! so what do we have for today, you ask?! I think it would honestly be funnier to eat without knowing, but you do you and if you really want to know it's a plate with like half white rice, 3 broccoli and an amazing fish feijoada with a super thick sauce and coriander sprinkled on it, and you bet it tastes as wonderful as it sounds! the rice has very small green leaves on it from the broccoli that you probably wouldn't even notice unless you zoomed in, but I'm a girl who comes clean about how she does things!! and who do you think I am, of course I would steam the brocoli on top of the rice, do I look like someone who would waste more pns to clean just for that?! please!!! let's also ignore the fact the rice is a little overcooked because the broccoli were frozen and they had way more water than I expected in them, but it's fine, it's still white rice and honestly pretty good and it was still worth not having to clean something else, and now I know for the next time, so I'm definitely not complaining! Anyway, the feijoada is super tasty and it has a beer sauce that may or may not be related to my previous skeet, and it contrasts perfectly with the white rice and it's seriously, so, so good!!! it tastes like the sea and then you munch a broccoli, and then you realize there's also little bits of carrot and chouriço in the sauce as well mixed in the fish, beans, random seafood and crabsticks and the crowd screams itadakimasu

Anyway, as expected, this is considerably better than any lasagna you can eat in a restaurant while also being considerably cheaper and healthier, and I have enough to feed myself for a few days, so all the cleanup at the end was totally worth it because I'm already drooling just from thinking about eating it again to. borrow, LIKE, REALLY, ITS THAT GOOD and I'm so happy with it!!! sof might not know how to make food or pictures pretty, but you bet the taste is there :3
