In the 1956 film, "The Conqueror", actor John Wayne played the 12th century Mongolian warrior-king, Temu-gin, also known as Ghengis Khan. This image has the following text: "Adding to its notoriety, the movie is infamous for its tragic legacy related to nuclear fallout. The film was shot in the Escalante Desert in Utah, about 137 miles downwind from a site where the U.S. government conducted numerous atmospheric nuclear tests. Decades later, a disproportionately high percentage of the 220 cast and crew members developed cancer, including John Wayne," who died of lung cancer in June of 1979.

The short version of the information is, Rich are getting richer, the Poor are getting poorer, and politics are not only divided, but dominated by right-wing proto-fascists. There is also a graphic showing the major causes of death for Americans -- and as you thought, cancer (at 27%) and heart disease (at 29%) are leading, with accidents (at 7.8%) and strokes (at 7%) following. When this is compared to the causes of death reported by the New York Times, Washington Post and Fox News, The greatest causes of death are Homicide (at 50+%), Terrorism (at 18%), then accidents, suicides, and COVID.
