(The artist has many paintings of cats similar to the cats featured in the Jazz Cats painting, it's not stated anywhere that these cats are the same throughout the works.)

Naxx Guyfieri and Tom "Milk Bowl" Malone but as trans women. Naxx is now a goth trans lesbian named Nyxx Girlfieri, and Tom is a trans pansexual (she was pan before) named Nai Donk. she still goes by Milk Bowl. (She and Donk are married.) uhh they're probably in their late 20's early 30's here. In the right corner of the image is a small comic of Nyxx pre-transition and Nai talking over lunch. Nai is sadly saying "Ugh Milkyyy, your tits look soo good. when can I have nice tits..." Nai responds with "Just ask Donk, they did all my surgeries." The second panel depicts Nai looking over her shoulder away from Nyxx, she blushes as she says "actually uh.. scratch that. they uh, botched my shit."
