The shaft of the blade has the spiral staircase from the opening of Kingdom Hearts 2 that stood in for Chain of Memories, the cross guard is again made of parts of the pod, while the grip is kept very simple. The spot where the keychain is meant to connect is the glass orb the Organization used to watch Sora's progress, and the keychain itself is a braided cord that ends in a simplified version of the pod.
