Form:
1.Position bench top to mid of shoulder blades (keeping head on bench) and get a firm stance with feet under knees away from the bench.
2. Take a weight and hold it above your head by one end and then take it back over your head until you can feel a stretch in your side lats (upper sides of back). Inhale as you bring it down. Lift back above head while exhaling.
3. Keep elbows tucked in as much as the movement allows. Widening the elbows will target chest muscles.
TIP: Dropping hips down will increase the stretch on lats creating more muscle growth.
