Settings +: Helping Others, Puzzles, Family, Performing Arts Settings -: Coding Limits, Rule Breakers, Tasty Food “Your wish is my command!” Program Details: An advanced AI program who uses holograms to take human form. She’s in charge of running THAROS’s facilities during the experiment in order to ease mental stress of staff, eliminate biases, and maintain anonymity. With “Z’s” best interests in mind, she was specifically designed to be considerate, helpful, and supportive of all his decisions, no matter how controversial… at least, given he doesn’t break contract! App Commentary: Salutations! I’m so pleased to meet you! That’s me! I’m still in my trial phase, so please don’t hesitate any errors you may encounter.
Character Profile for “Patient D”: Name: [Redacted] Age: 28 Date of Birth: December 13, [Redacted] Race: Hispanic Origin Sex: Male Physical: Black Hair, Brown Eyes Preferences: Family, Animals, Astrology, Guns, Humor, Nights Out Distastes: Rules, Martyrs, Uptight People, Police, Snow “I can always get a new toy. But lives? Sorry, kid. I’ve only got one.” Patient Details: A Life Switch candidate? In the files Patient D is a mild-mannered cop with a fatal illness. Meanwhile this man says he hates cops and has a suspicious amount of verve for a hospice patient…… On a completely unrelated note, wasn’t there recently a murderer who managed to break out of death row? He maintained his innocence to the very end, but who’s to say even the guilty don’t deserve a chance to live? App Commentary: Scan of [Patient File: D] complete. 0 discrepancies were discovered. :)
Character Profile for “Patient C”: Name: [Redacted] Age: 22 Date of Birth: April 2, [Redacted] Race: Asian Sex: Male Physical: Black Hair, Amber Eyes Preferences: Speculative Fiction, Fashion, Horror, Philosophy, Disco Distastes: Ignorance, Trolls, Spicy Food, Injustice, Cults “Art is what allows two total strangers to connect. But I didn’t want to connect. I wanted to escape.” Patient Details: A Life Switch candidate. As a child prodigy his imaginative stories inspired there. But they didn’t adore him, only the handle he posted under: “Ninth Dragon.” No one knew who this mysterious author really was. And then, one day, he disappeared. Even with all the talent, all the confidence, and all the fans, it wasn’t enough. The once prolific voice fell silent. And without Life Switch, his story will come to a premature end. App Commentary: We’ve had the pleasure of meeting thanks to his PC. He only ever asks me to play him music though… Oh! Please don’t misunderstand. I would do the same for all my patients if I was able. :)
Character Profile for “Patient B”: Name: [Redacted] Age: 24 Date of Birth: March 4, [Redacted] Race: Biracial Sex: Male Physical: Brown Hair, Green Eyes Preferences: Surfing, Nature, Anime, Fitness, Martial Arts Films Distastes: Unhealthy Habits, Cats, Reading, Regrets “Time can change a lot. But maybe it can’t change everything.” Patient Details: A Life Switch candidate. Optimistic and easy-going (except when it comes to his twin passions of nature and fitness), he worked hard to maintain a healthy lifestyle until the day he was diagnosed with a terminal illness. While this might be his only chance for survival, he can’t help but harbor some doubts about THAROS. Especially when he realizes that “Z,” the man he needs to die for him, is his childhood friend. App Commentary: He seems kind. I hope we can get along! I’d love to hear more about the great outdoors! :)
Character Profile for "Patient A": Name: [Redacted] Age: 20 Date of Birth: January 20, [Redacted] Race: Caucasian Sex: Male Physical: Red Hair, Blue Eyes Preferences: Insects, School, Computers, Art, True Vine Distastes: Loud Noise, Snags, Hot Weather, Sinful Things, Fire "Most snags do hate us. Sometimes I wonder if they're right..." Patient Details: A Life Switch candidate. Born into a religion called the Church of the True Vine, he was moulded into their ideal - be ever earnest, ever modest, ever polite, and ever pure. But even the most immaculate plan can go awry, and a sinful nature led to a grace mistake. Now the only way he can repent is through making the ultimate sacrifice. But which is stronger? The will to stand by the people you love, or the will to survive? App Commentary: We've barely spoken but I think he likes me! I've caught him tinkering around my output sources. Since he's a "special case"... I wonder......
Character Profile for "Patient Z": Name: [Redacted] Age: 23 Date of Birth: November 17, [Redacted] Race: Caucasian Sex: Male Physical: Brown Hair, Hazel Eyes Preferences: Classical Music, Zoos, Coffee, Bizarro Fiction Distastes: Bicycles, The Sea, Socializing, Insects "I'm a suicidally depressed NEET, you pretty much get what's on the package." Patient Details: A self-proclaimed "complete failure with no place in society." Or just a normal kid with depression. He has been struggling with suicidal ideation for years, culminating in a failed attempt before hearing about THAROS. Chosen to be the first Life Switch volunteer, he hopes that he can finally end his life while also making something of it. Owns a cat named Sandy (with whom he has a love-hate relationship).
