I think Bloomberg is doing proprietary data collection / ship tracking. My prior is that it's more complete/reliable than CNN, but yeah either way it wasn't a big release and it's now over. FWIW they're also reporting Iran got 20 million barrels out from Chabahar: www.bloomberg.com/news/article...
