We sheltered in our basement tonight while tornado sirens sounded. A pretty sizable funnel cloud touched down 20 minutes north of us, but we remained safe. Emerging from our crypt we were met with this extraordinary sky! These are mammatus clouds, and they're utterly unreal looking!
