the US cover for Sonic Spinball, released in 1993 for the Sega Genesis (known as the Sega Mega Drive outside North America). the title is divisive among fans as the series’ first spinoff title released outside Japan, but holds a special place in my heart. not only as the first Sonic game i ever played, but also having sparked a love for FM synth music and real life pinball as well. i like this game a lot!!
