Every single ticket I submitted so far had your bot moderator marking my issue as "solved" without actually doing anything." Clyde, the support bot, replies, once again dismissing the core of the problem.
My support ticket ends with the paragraph: "I SPECIFICALLY REQUEST FOR A HUMAN WORKER TO LOOK AT THIS. NOT AN AUTOMATED MODERATOR. I REPEAT, I WANT AN ACTUAL PERSON TO REVEAL MY TICKET. I DO NOT WANT YOUR UNRELIABLE AI MODEL LOOKING AT MY PROBLEM." It immediately gets assigned to a bot that ignores my problem and automatically gets marked as solved.
