Well folks today is the day. Today is now officially the 25th anniversary of SpongeBob's "You Wish!" Spectacular Special (aka Shanghaied), and yes even after 25 years since it premiered on Nickelodeon, this episode/special is still in my top 10 favorite SpongeBob episodes of all time!

And yes, I found the "You Wish" special event very unique mainly because this was like a one in a life time event at the time in 2001 where viewers at home gets to call the number on screen via phone or logging on to Nick . com and choose/vote for what ending they'd like to see shown on TV
