As you may have heard, Shout Factory seriously undercut stores with their release of HARDBOILED. With no indication that it was going to be severely limited or allocated, we received only 1/4 of our entire order....which we found out only this week. We have spent a lot of time discussing this matter with our distributor and while we have no clear resolution, we haven't given up hope that that we will still get more though it is not definite and there is no clear time line. Seeing as they would have to make more, it could be weeks before we know more. In regards to orders, we did the fairest thing and counted back the number of copies from the first order until we were out. If you are receiving this email from us, your order is still pending. All that said, we are offering refunds for Hardboiled so you can try your luck elsewhere. We know this is industry wide but Amazon, Wal-Mart and Shout direct are still taking orders though we have no idea if you will actually get one from these other stores. We are also happy to hold your order until you have secured a copy elsewhere, so you don't need to immediately cancel and keep your place in line with us should we get more. Also, we assume there will be an ARROW UK version at some point so if you want to roll your order into store credit for the future, that is certainly good for us as well.
