One assessment - some errors will happen. More assessments, fewer errors, but more time, cost, complication. Is it worth it?

Optimising for one aspect, what is the trade off, do we risk losing everything? Portfolio assessment… Do we event get accuracy? We try to optimise but end up with nothing.
