One last announcement for Standard today: considering our next Standard rotation won't be until early 2027, we will be having two of our "early rotation" Standard banning windows before the next Standard rotation. You can expect one of these windows in about eighteen months, right before rotation as usual. The other one will be in roughly nine months around the midway point, but we haven't decided on an exact date yet and it could move around by a month or two. We will clearly indicate which announcements will specifically take a deeper look at Standard.

Saddle up for the Year of the Horse! From February 17–March 15, we're bringing equine excitement to your local game store with Year of the Horse events in China, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Korea, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. These events can feature Standard, Limited, or Commander, so contact your local game store for more details. A horse, of course, deserves some special promo cards to celebrate the Lunar New Year! Participating players at these events will earn a traditional foil Caustic Bronco promo card and a traditional foil Treasure token while supplies last. There's more to come for Year of the Horse! At events throughout 2026 across the APAC region, including CommandFests, Regional Championships, Spotlight Series events, and more, players can earn additional Year of the Horse promo cards.
