William and I participated in the annual Kansas City Zoo & Aquarium 4-mile run this morning, which supported sea otters this year. I set a personal goal of maintaining a 9:00/mile pace. I’m happy to share that I finished in the top 8% among over 2,100 participants, with a pace of 8:41 per mile! 🏃🎉
