I explained what psychological safety is, why we need it, how leaders play a great part in creating safety. And then about the many signs that we don’t have it.

I believe we need this safety more than ever, and we can all contribute to safety growing by being curious and kind. Afterwards I got feedback that the talk gave some food for thought which is even more important than just liking it 💕 Take care and be kind to others and yourself 💕 #agilecam
