Before and after comparison on the chest area of the EG Nu Gundam. The inside of the biggest chips was painted with German gray. Not the best outcome due to shaky hands but managed to tone down and add depth I think.

The 4 steps when magnetizing Gunpla. I feel it is important to cover fully the magnet to secure it but also to ensure no visible traces are left after painting. I personally use CA glue as putty, due to its very low shrinkage and fast curing time.

Chest part completed without any of the gold parts. Since the two chest halves were glued for seamline removal, the gold button parts that were originally sandwiched between them had to be modified to be able to fit from the underside.

Isekai Rtoko no Techo Rookie Wizard Mars kit prior to panting (some parts missing), showing the original color scheme. A change in color greatly changes the "mood" of the kit!
Small makeup brush. Ideal for dry brushing in my opinion! Short and stiff bristles recommended.
R-Rivets by Wave.
Rookie Wizard Mars from PR Productions, painted with a custom camo pattern. The skin color parts are the only non painted parts (they were still top coated with Gaia Notes Ex-Flat). This was in order to preserve the original faceplate (no decals were included in the kit).
Preshading state of the T-55A model. Black primer (Mr. Surfacer 1500 black) as base then gradually building layers of white paint (Mr.Hobby GX1 Cool White), keeping edges and recessed black and overall mottled.
2 boxes of premium Bandai scale model kits. An unwise financial decision...
Turret texture: stippling Tamiya Putty thinned with Tamiya cement, then lightly sanded. Care needed not to apply the texture onto the hatches and other details, since those were machined surfaces.
A 1/35 scale model of a Soviet T-55A tank. The model is finished in a clean, high-contrast dark green with dramatic color modulation shading. It features white tactical stripes on the turret, inspired by 1968 Operation Danube markings (Real stripes were hastly brushed on and were not this clean ... The numbering is not correct either since I just used the one in the kit).
Side view of the model. The blue tank shines brightly, as well as the various parts painted using metallic colors. The chrome parts were especially difficult to paint for me, using Mr.Hobby Plate Silver NEXT (unfortunately discontinued).
