Moirai Myths is a small visual novel studio with a passion for dynamic storytelling, complex characters, and rich, intricate worlds. Our current project is The Good People (Na Daoine Maithe), inspired by Irish myths. https://moiraimyths.com/links

This image is the typical NDM title screen, featuring the main cast standing in a forest changing from autumn to spring, except Robin has thrown a bag of flour (to mimic snow) across the screen. Robin, donning a Santa hat, wishes everyone 'Merry Christmas'. Everyone wonders what the fuck a Christmas is (as they are all Tuatha Dé Danann, from the fairy Otherworld) while Shae asks if Robin stole their flour.

An artistic depiction of the three Fates (Moirai) from Greek myths. This version more specifically depicts the personas of the main three developers of Moirai Myths. All characters are cryptid-esque in the sense that they have a voided appearance (dark purple with few distinguishable facial/bodily features). From left to right showcases: 1. Clotho, first of the Fates, also known as the Spinner. She wears a green cloak with purple flowers and holds a ball of yarn/spool of thread with disembodied hands. Antlers adorned with flowers sprout from her head, her eyes are entirely pink (no iris, pupil, etc.) with long purple lashes, and her hair is slightly unkempt/wavy. 2. Lachesis, second of the Fates, AKA the Allotter. She wears a green cloak with purple mushrooms, a skeletal possum perches on her shoulder, and multiple disembodied hands attempt to organize the thread unraveling from Clotho's spool. Her hair is long and kinky-curly, and her eyes are orb-like and red. She stares forward at the viewer directly, while the other Fates look to the side. 3. Atropos, third of the Fates, AKA the Inevitable. They wear a green and purple cloak patterned like a circuit board, and pink spirits sprout up from their back. With disembodied hands, they cut the string-of-fate with large scissors. Of all the Fates, Atropos is the most non-human: No hair, no eyes. A giant, ominous hole sits at the center of their face, with a bird skull hovering out of it -- connected to the void via dark, viscera-like tendrils.
Two images of Queen Aífe are depicted. The first is her normal smiling sprite in the Seelie throne room. She says, "Happy New Year, Darlings!" The second is slightly closer to the viewer. Her expression is suspicious and her signature crown has been replaced with a tinfoil hat labeled "time skeptic". She continues, "If you believe in such things..."

We are definitely woke content, so they've got us there. Pronouns galore. Sometimes even a verb. An anonymous person on Tumblr says: "was caught off guard with how hard and fast i fell for shae??!?!????!!!!!!????? the whole route had me giggling and kicking my feet wtf… bc why was i twirling my hair when i read their lines …." We respond by saying, "Another convert to Shae-nation. We rise at dawn (it's always dawn)" along with an edited variation of the Jeb Bush meme featuring Shae against a backdrop of an all-green Tír na nÓg and chants of "Shae! Shae! Shae!".
