People ask how I stay on track with a full-time job, family, and side project. It’s not software. It’s a 3.5 inch Moleskine in my back pocket.

The back pages are for task lists. Quick wins, bugs, random todos, captured fast. I use a paperclip to mark the latest page so I’m never flipping around lost.

Just a note, I've also started with about same size book, only it was Dawer-Rowney 4x6 inch. hardbound. Eventually I realized I wish a bigger book and currently it is about A5 format as my ideal size (B6), alas, is either rare or costly to find in the paper, or binding, or texture I wish to have.
