The key ones are the Expense Budget and Capital Budget (4th and 5th in list). The Ten Year Capital Strategy is also highlighted on the slide. It is issued every other April with the physical infrastructure plans for the next decade.
Janno Lieber, the MTA chairman, has also expressed concerns about the cost of making buses free and said poor New Yorkers should come first.
