A 3/4-10 four flute thread tap which has had a slot cut into the pointy end, likely with a cutoff wheel, and a crudely machined steel wedge driven into the slot to expand the teeth slightly, in order to cut a slightly larger diameter thread. Most definitely a hack.
A 16 bit ISA card which carries four PCMCIA 33.6 Kbps modems, their phone lines wired back into the card, presumably to connect to the DB25 port on the rear bracket of the adapter. Definitely at least 40% cursed.
