Nick Fish @nickfish.me · Jul 6 Literally the only uses of it I can find are by Chuck Schumer! He uses it -- attributed to some unnamed "people" but still in quote -- in his presentation of Sonia Sotomayor at her confirmation hearings. Nothing earlier than that that I can find. It's so bizarre!
