Daikon Statements of Ethics Artificial Intelligence Daikon Games is firmly against the use of generative AI. Our stance is that it is an inherently unethical technology built on stolen work, undermining trust and democracy, and exacerbating environmental issues from water access to clean air to noise pollution. As such, we pledge that no work produced, sold, and/or distributed by Daikon Games, will ever include the use of generative AI at any level. This means when you buy a Daikon Games product, you can be sure that the code, art, music, writing, and designs were all crafted by human beings. We hold any external contractors such as artists or translators to the same standard. If we ever unknowingly ship something created with generative AI, we will take corrective action to remove that material.
