After some tweaks, I able to run it. My steps were: 1. Run with GE-Proton10-29 first, seem the Rockstars Launcher like this version more for some reason. 2. When getting the Online Club error, I switch to GE-Proton10-33 and able to find the system.xml files under steamusers.
