Ben Kuhn (e.g. www.benkuhn.net/writing/) edits essays to add examples and general improvements but does not indicate revisions. Perhaps I am making up the existence of this obligation. Even Gwern's stated purpose for the changelog is to make it easier for people to follow his writing.
