Phoned them in bit of a panic. Apparently their incoming mail is a bit bollocksed. Was told to phone again on Wednesday (something to look forward too!) and if they haven’t got it by then, re-send it, explaining why it’s late (because…) So basically do the same again and expect different outcome.
