No difference in how all of Silicone Valley has responded to EU regulations since the founding of the EU. First is a PR campaign claiming the EU has no right to regulate them, the 2nd is to continue their business anyway they want & 3rd, fighting fines in court and encouraging far right governance.

Canada also had an issue with Musk and some dealerships getting millions for rebates on teslas. I can’t remember exactly how it all went down. There was a deadline to with which they had to file and it was an astronomical amount t of cars for this tiny Dealership to buy that many cars.
