Anecdotal tip for persistent Xcode preview crashes: if clean builds & derived data wiping doesn't work then try making a lil' change to your preview code. For me this hits the preview engine with a metaphorical hammer & things start working again. I assume it acts like a form of cache busting but 🤷🏽♂️
