It appears to be a cutout-style horror poster for something called “The Green Death”, centering what is shaped like a hurricane but green slime. The tagline “first you say it, then you spray it” is printed down the edge vertically. The footer reads “a Red Nixie fabrication”, admitting that I just made up a fake movie to practice some poster art. Let nothing stop you!

Gill and Beck don't reach the bottom of the staircase, says the text in the frame - it reaches them. Yeah, something is capital W Wrong down here. Stacks of crates fan out with no sense of perspective. A figure in the distance is hanging by tubes from above, from something that was a normal tank once.
