Initial symptoms were no screen, no video sync. Replaced with DiagROM and started digging. RESET low, IORST low, KBRST low. Checked usual suspects at U975 and 976 as well as 141 and 140, shored up some solder. Suspected U350 CIA, removed, no change. Probing around, Alice and Lisa had weird clocks.
